Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, so if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you are unhappy with it in anyway, it can be returned for a credit note (excluding shipping costs) provided that it is as new and in saleable condition. Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds -- a store credit is issued upon receiving returns.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, but you are able to return it for a store credit following our Returns Policy.
Noni & Co. does not offer returns or exchanges on Sale Items so please choose your sale purchases carefully.
The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for a return:
- The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
- The item is returned within 14 days of being received by you.
In order to make a return, please contact us on contact@noniandco.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you return instructions. We recommend you pay for tracked shipping, as we do not accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Noni & Co. reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
DUTY AND IMPORT COSTS
ALL international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered, Duties Unpaid) basis. Incurring import / border charges and associated tax charges can happen with any international online purchase. The thresholds and relative charges are determined by your destination, and the contents and value of the consignment. You may be required to pay these prior to receiving your order. Charges of this nature are the responsibility of the receiver.
Noni the Label will not be liable for these under any circumstances. If the charges of a held shipment are refused the shipment will be abandoned.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are unable to change a shipping address once the package has been picked up by the courier.

Noni the Label is not responsible, nor in control of shipment/transit delays once the item is in the hands of the courier. Customs clearance and weather delays are the most common, and can affect the transit time outlined above.

If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be abandoned at destination and you will not be refunded any part of your order.

In the event of a redirection due to situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.
FAULTY ITEMS
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. However, if for some reason you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item so we can offer you a resolution.
EXCHANGES
In the case where you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size/colour/product, we kindly ask that you place a new order as we cannot guarantee that your desired item will be in stock once your return arrives to the Noni HQ.
Store credit (e-gift card) is valid for 1 year. Postage is not refunded/added to your credit.
RETURNS USING AFTERPAY
Returns remain subject to Noni & Co's returns policy. If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order. When we receive the item/s and accept your return, we will issue a credit note for the total value of the item/s returned.
Your agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
